In short, Part 1 builds the foundation for acquiring and implementing knowledge, skills, and confidence for the professional journey you are taking toward future direction and management of a successful LLC.
Specifically, the Part 1 course will immerse you in collaborative practices that promote students’ achievement, increasing your awareness and understanding of how such practices support instruction and assessment within an inquiry and research model. The course will guide your development of the knowledge and skills you need to identify the characteristics of a sound school-based library program, one that integrates MOE learning expectations for students with the OCT standards of professional practice and ethics for practitioners.
