From the homepage, under ‘First time here?’ click Set a Password and the system will email you a confirmation link (we’ll send the link to your preferred email address as indicated in your student record).

The system will send the link to the preferred email address you indicated in your student record, so be sure to check your other (Gmail, Hotmail) accounts. Also, be sure to check your spam folders. If you still can’t find the confirmation link, please contact us.

What is my Passport York username?

It’s the same username you would use to log in to Moodle. It’s also the first part of your @my.yorku.ca email address.
